Users who offer their items on Dezton from time to time can submit ads for free. How much depends on the category: in most of them, you can submit one or more free ads every 30 days. For example, in the "Baby Products and Toys" category you can submit 10 free ads for 30 days, and you'll have to pay for the 11th one.
1. Find your earliest ad you posted less than 30 days ago in this category (even if it's not currently active). Check all tabs: Active, On Check, Inactive, Blocked.
2. See when it finishes - on that day you will have a free posting. Or wait: we will notify you by mail that your free publication is available again.
Example: you can have 5 free ads in a category. Right now you have 3 ads in this category active, 1 blocked, and 1 removed from publication even though it's not over yet. Altogether you have 5, which means that you will be able to submit ads in this category for free when 30 days will pass since the oldest ad has been published.
If you don't want to wait, pay for it. Important thing is, that in this case you may submit next ad for free only in 30 days from the moment of publication of this ad.
Example: you may place 1 free ad in the category you need. You published it on the 1st of May - next announcement you can serve on the 31st of May. On the 5th of May you uploaded one more announcement for free, so now free listing will become available for you only on the 4th of June.
There could be three reasons why this happens.
1. The category is fully paid - as a rule, business sellers place their ads in such categories. Check the category
2. You have already used up your free placements. This is not a problem: new ones will appear in 30 days from the date of publication of the earliest ad in this category. How to check this and know the exact date
3. You are an active seller in this category. You can only post a free Avito ad if you're offering something of your own, e.g. selling a personal item you no longer need, looking for good hands for a kitten you found in the street, renting out your own apartment, etc. If you're using Dezton for income purposes - for example, regularly offering phones - then all the ads in this category will be for a fee.
You can also specify "Mediator" in the "Ownership" parameter if the ad is about real estate.
We always check if the ad type or ownership is correct: we look at the ad itself and the profile of its author. If we see that you are an active seller in the selected category, the "For Sale of Mine" ad will be declined.
